CaduRx is operated by Ox Care LLC. This page covers what data cadurx.com collects when you visit, what we do with it, and what we don’t do.

What we collect
When you visit cadurx.com, we collect:
- Server logs. Your IP address, the URL you requested, the HTTP response code, your browser’s User-Agent string, and a timestamp. Standard web-server logs.
- Contact-form submissions. If you fill out the form at /demo we keep the name, email address, phone number, practice name, topic, message, and source IP address you submitted, plus any follow-up correspondence.
We do not currently set tracking cookies on cadurx.com. We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media scripts. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated to say so.
What we do with it
- Contact-form submissions are emailed to our team so we can respond to your inquiry. We may keep the email and any reply thread in our internal mailbox indefinitely as a record of the conversation.
- Server logs are used for debugging, performance monitoring, and abuse mitigation (for example, blocking IPs that flood the site).
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share contact-form data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- We do not embed third-party tracking or advertising on cadurx.com.
Retention
- Server logs: roughly 90 days, then rotated and deleted.
- Contact-form submissions and follow-up emails: indefinite, unless you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
If you submitted a contact form and want us to delete the record, email info@cadurx.com and we’ll do it within a reasonable time.
